  • Your child has had an IEP in a public-school setting or you suspect your child has a disability
  • You are homeschooling

Rector Elementary School

Arkansas Act 122 requires every public school district to prohibit students from using personal electronic devices during the entire school day (from the first bell to being until the last bell to end the day) beginning in the 2025-2026 school year.

Arkansas Act 123 guarantees free daily breakfast for all public school students, regardless of income, starting in the 2025-2026 school year. This legislation, passed by the 2025 Arkansas legislature, supports student well-being and learning by enusring every student has access to a nutritious meal.
